About the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba

The Mosque–Cathedral of Córdoba is the cathedral of the Catholic Diocese of Córdoba in Andalusia, dedicated to the Assumption of Mary. As a former mosque it is also known as the Mezquita or the Great Mosque of Córdoba.

What the model includes

The prayer hall's 19 parallel aisle roofs inside crenellated, buttressed walls with their carved gates, the Renaissance cathedral rising in the middle with its flying buttresses and lantern, the arcaded Patio de los Naranjos and the 54 m bell tower.

It is built from simple closed solids, so it slices cleanly and stands flat. In the download window you can set the height from 10 to 250 mm and add a base plate with the name in raised letters. The mesh has about 36,068 triangles, small enough to open in any slicer.

Print the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba on its real terrain

Map data stores most buildings as a flat outline with a height, so the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba would normally print as a plain block. In TerraPrinter, this model takes its place automatically. It is turned to match the outline in the map data and stands on the real elevation, with the streets, water and buildings around it.
