Who do I buy from?
From the print service you pick. Each one is an independent business. They set the price, take the payment, print your model and ship it. Orders, refunds and returns are between you and them.
What does it cost?
TerraPrinter is free and doesn't charge you anything. The print service tells you its price before you order. It depends on the size, the material, colours and shipping. The price shown on a card is only a rough start.
How long does shipping take?
Each card shows how long that service usually takes to print. Shipping time depends on where you live and where they ship from. Ask them if you need it by a date.
What happens to my model file?
When you order or ask for a quote, we put a copy of your model on our server at a private link that is hard to guess, and give that link only to the print service you picked. We delete the file after 30 days. If you ask for a quote, we also send them your name, email and notes, only after you tick the box. See the privacy policy.
Can I print it myself instead?
Of course. Download the 3MF or STL from the same window and print it on your own printer, or at a library or makerspace near you.
Something went wrong with my order
Contact the print service first: your order is with them. Give them the reference that starts with TP-. If you can't sort it out, tell us.
Become a print partner
Do you run a 3D print service? People make thousands of models on TerraPrinter every day, and many don't have a printer. Tell us about your service. We read every application and reply by email.
Partners print a model only for the person who ordered it. They may not sell TerraPrinter models or prints of them in their own shop, list them, or keep the files after the order.
